BATHROOMS:

Guests must supply their own portable bathroom services for the event.

ON-SITE HOUSE:
Our farmhouse is available for getting ready or as an overnight stay option.

• Choose from day-use only or full overnight accommodations​

VENUE ONLY OPTIONS:

• Grounds (Venue + Garage): $3,500

• Grounds + House (Basement + First Floor): $5,250

• Grounds + House (All 3 Floors): $5,500

• Grounds + House With Overnight Stay: $5,750

ACCESS:
Enjoy full grounds access Friday through Monday for setup and teardown, giving you plenty of time to prepare and wrap up your event comfortably.  (More photos coming in the Spring 2026 )

DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS:
A 30% non-refundable deposit of your selected package total is required to reserve your date.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.
