Our farmhouse is available for getting ready or as an overnight stay option.

Venue-Only Options:

• Grounds (Venue + Garage): $3,500

• Grounds + House (Basement + First Floor): $5,250

• Grounds + House (All 3 Floors): $5,500

• Grounds + House With Overnight Stay: $5,750

Access:
Enjoy full grounds access Friday through Monday for setup and teardown, giving you plenty of time to prepare and wrap up your event comfortably.

Deposit & Payments:
A 30% non-refundable deposit of your selected package total is required to reserve your date.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.
