Refund Policy

 

Event deposits are required to secure your event date and are non-refundable.

 

If a client cancels their event, payments made are subject to the cancellation terms outlined in the signed venue contract.

 

Because event dates are reserved exclusively for each client, payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the event agreement.

 

In the rare event that Field of Dreams Gatherings must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments made will be refunded.
