A lover of meaningful moments and thoughtful gatherings, Marlene is a stay-at-home mom to four boys and the heart behind Field of Dreams Gatherings. Family life and entrepreneurship are deeply intertwined here, with a strong belief in building something meaningful alongside their children.
Teaching business, creativity, and hard work as a family has become part of the joy, creating a space where gatherings feel natural, welcoming, and deeply personal. Opening their land and sharing it with others has been a dream brought to life.

Grounded and steady, Mel brings a practical, behind-the-scenes presence to Field of Dreams Gatherings while running his excavating business and caring for the land.
With a passion for hobby farming and raising healthy cows for grass-fed meat, he takes pride in tending the land and livestock with care and intention, contributing to the foundation that makes this place feel rooted and well cared for.
